About Us

Brooms to sell at the Farmers Market or Walmart.

Annually we hold a Huge Yard Sale at the First Baptist Church in Easley. We have also joined the world of runners with the Easley Firecracker Frolic 5K every July 4th. Collecting used glasses and hearing aids is also one of our ongoing projects.

Not all of our activities are fundraisers, though. We also, as a club, participate in Meals on Wheels and SHINE (a local program for feeding the hungry). We collect magazines to donate to our local hospital.

Our meetings usually include a special speaker whose topics can vary from local issues and concerns to international and global interests.

Our Lions Club takes seriously the charge given to us by Helen Keller to serve, and most importantly, to serve those with sight problems.

Our Lions Club was honored to donate $2500 to the School for the Blind in our efforts to serve those with visual impairment. Click on picture below for video.
