Meetings
All meetings are held in our clubrooms in Willow Court, New Norfolk.
First Tuesday: Dinner Meeting, Visiting Lions, Lioness and LEOs welcome. Please contact Secretary to allow for catering requirements.
Third Tuesday: Business Meeting, Please check with Secretary to determine if meeting is open to visitors.
Board Meeting: Held on Monday following first Dinner Meeting. Guests may be welcomed but may be asked to leave the room for parts of the meeting. Please check with Secretary.

Where Are We
In 2003 the club obtained a lease on a buliding in the historic Willow Court precinct. Club members and friends contributed in excess of 1500 hours in restoring the interior of the building so that it could be used as our clubrooms.
The Clubrooms were officially opened by the District Governor Bryan Smith and the Mayor of the Derwent Valley Council, Mr Nick Cracknell, on the 20th of May 2003.
In 2008 the club purchased the building outright with the 
assistance of a grant from the Tasmanian Government.
Our meeting room is licenced and is fitted out with a fully stocked bar. The room is licenced to hold 130 people. Our rooms also feature a kitchen, work rooms and a storage area for our caravan.

Join Us
Membership of a Lions Club is by Invitation only, but applications are encouraged from all members of the community.
Membership is open to men and women over the age of 18 years and of good moral character and reputation.
An average meeting goes for around two hours twice a month, while attendance at meetings is strongly encouraged, because of work and personal committments it is not compulsory to attend all meetings.
Our meetings include Dinners and are relatively informal. Social and family nights are held throughout the year where partners and family members are welcome to enjoy a night of fun and friviloty
Lions is free of political and religious affiliation.
Our Club prides itself on being democratic and listening to all points of view. We are always looking for new ideas.
