Our 38th Year of Service to our Community
WOBURN, MA — In a touching tribute to its past members, the Woburn Breakfast Lions Club recently adorned the Memorial Stone at the Memorial Corner in Woodbrook Cemetery with a festive Christmas wreath. The wreath, a symbol of remembrance and respect, was placed at the site where the Service Clubs of Woburn are commemorated, facing the busy thoroughfare of Salem Street.
The Memorial Corner serves as a lasting tribute to the service and dedication of local organizations and their members. The Woburn Breakfast Lions Club, which has long been an active part of the community, continues to honor the legacy of those who contributed to the club’s mission of service and charitable work.
This year’s wreath-laying ceremony was a quiet, yet meaningful gesture that reflects the spirit of the holiday season — a time for reflection, remembrance, and community. As residents of Woburn pass by the cemetery along Salem Street, the wreath serves as a visible reminder of the impact the Breakfast Lions and other local service clubs have had on the city.
The Breakfast Lions Club has been an integral part of Woburn for many years, providing support for various local causes, from youth programs to healthcare initiatives. Their dedication to the community and their continued efforts to help those in need ensure that their legacy remains strong.
The Memorial Corner, with its peaceful setting and thoughtful tributes, stands as a symbol of the enduring strength of service and community spirit in Woburn.
