Welcome to the Troy Lions Club website
The Troy Lions Club is made up of civic-minded men and women who are interested in actively making our community a better place to live. We serve all of Miami County, Ohio. All persons age 18 and over are eligible to join.
The club encourages family participation and provides opportunities for women and men to learn, grow, and lead. Benefits of Lions Club membership include:

Ever since Helen Keller, at the Lions Clubs International convention held in 1925 at Cedar Point, challenged the Lions to become her “Knights of the blind in the crusade against darkness” sight conservation has been the primary focus of Lions Clubs.
The Troy Lions Club, chartered by Lions Clubs International in 1942, is part of the world's largest service organization. Our primary service is vision health. We provide eye exams and purchase eyeglasses for financially eligible residents of Miami County. However, we are constantly searching for additional ways to serve. We are currently also involved in hunger insecurity, pediatric cancer, hearing, the environment, and supporting other local charitable organizations.
The Troy Lions Club meets on the 2nd Wednesday of every month. Most meetings are held at Hayner Cultural Center, 301 W. Main St. in Troy beginning at 6:30 pm. There are also some Board-of-Director meetings held there on the 4th Wednesdays at 7:00 pm. Our most enjoyable times are during our service activities and fund raising projects scattered throughout the year.
