Seeking a donation from the Sturgeon Lake Lions Club?

Please complete the donation form and submit with your request. All donation requests must be submitted on or before the 5^th of every month to be considered for that month’s meeting. Requests submitted after the 5^th of the month will be voted on at the following monthly Lions meeting.
