You've Been Flocked Fundraiser

The Star Lions Club Flamingo Flocking fundraiser has begun.  For a nominal donation ($35.00), you can "flock" your friends and neighbors with a colorful flock of pink flamingos (flocking address must be located in the local Star community).  All funds raised will stay in our local community and be used for our Star service projects.  Flocking will take place May 1st - June 15th of each year.

Wreaths Across America (Wreaths Across America)

Please help us Remember and Honor our veterans through the laying of Remembrance Wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes at the Star Cemetery.  You can sponsor a wreath by clicking the above link.  Ceremony and laying of the wreaths will take place on December 2026 at the Star Cemetery.    

Little Free Libraries

The Star Lions have three Little Free Libraries, located at Hunters Creek Park, Blake Haven Park, and Pine Wood Lakes.The Little Free Libraries are a nationwide project to encourage reading and book sharing. If you need a book to read-take one. If you have a book to give-leave it in the library.

The libraries are generally low on children's books. If you have some to donate, contact us.
