The City of Springboro, Ohio was first settled in 1798, incorporated as a village in 1815, and as a city in 1987. It is located off Interstate 75 (exit 38) in northern Warren County, 14 miles south of downtown Dayton and 37 miles north of downtown Cincinnati. Springboro is one of the fastest growing communities in Warren County.  
 
 
Above the club is at our annual Christmas Meal in December of 2025.  The Springboro Lions Club has been serving the Springboro community since 1953. Some of our major accomplishments are:
  • Purchased SureSight (TM) Vision Screener for use in Springboro Schools
  • Provide eye exams and eyeglasses to children of needy families
  • Collect used eyeglasses for missions to third world countries
  • Hosts annual Lions Pancake Beakfast with Springboro Junior ROTC.
  • Provided materials to create 200+ backpacks for displaced persons in the area
  • Provided assistance to the local food pantry
  • Provide college scholarships to graduating high school students.
  • Supports the Springboro Historical Society as we celebrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Indepence!Support of the Springborr Historical Society in our 250th anniversary year!
