The Sooke Harbourside Lions did the Twoonie Tuesday again on October 6, 2020 to collect funds for the Sooke Food Bank
The Sooke Food Bank Society provides one hamper per month to those in need. The Food Bank is open the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Thursdays of each month from 9:30 am – 3:00 pm.

Location: Sooke Flats (Sooke River Campground)

Report from our 2018 Duck Race:
The sun shone brightly at the Flats on Saturday, May 5, 2018 for the annual Harbourside Lions Duck Race. There were 2,500 ducks released. The day was chalked up as a great success. The 12th annual duck race was the best attended yet. Over 400 children attended the games and activities, plus parents and grandparents and campers at the Flats. We are very thankful for the support of our community.
