Silverstream Lions delivers a range of service and fundraising projects in the Hutt Valley and Wellington Region, such as leading the purchase of a Lions Den in Ronald McDonald House in Wellington and contrinuting to the Playscape at the Wellington Children's Hospital. 

We are a club of 20+ members, aged 30 - 80s, and covering a cross section of the community.

Some of our key projects are:

• County Lane Fair - held in November each year and raising funds for a variety of charities
• The Wellington Truck and Transport Show - raising funds for LifeFlight
• Christmas Cake sales
• Casinos for fund-raising events
• Planting and beautification of Silverstream Railway Station entrance
• A $50k generator for Te Omanga Hospice.
