Tree Plantation

Lions Club Shimla expressing its faith and committment in preserving the environment carried out tree plantation at Dhanain, Mashobra on 28th Jul, 2019 wherein the members alongwith their families planted 130 deodar saplings and conserved around 120 saplings planted last year.

Lion Rian Dialysis and Health Care Centre

Ensuring its pledge to serve the society, Lions Club Shimla in collaboration with Dr. Uday Ran Singh opened a dialysis and health care centre at Lions Bhawan, Sector IV, New Shimla which was formally inaugurated by Hon'ble Sh. Suresh Bhardwaj, Education Minister, Himachal Pradesh on 6th Aug, 2019.

Independence Day

To inculcate a sense of closeness with nature in young minds on the eve of 73rd Independence Day, Lions Club Shimla organised an excursion for the children of Himgiri Kalyan Ashram to Craignano Nature Park. After planting 60 saplings including some medicinal plants at the Park, the children enjoyed a sumptuous lunch along with the club members and finally participated in a cultural programme to mark the occasion.
