The Portland Bentham Lions Club started in 1954. We currently meet for lunch on 1st and 3rd Thursday at Otto and Anita's Restaurant in Multnomah Village.
We are rooted in the Portland Japanese community and our local Multnomah Village where our club meets.
Some of our service projects include helping at Gales Creek Camp for children with Diabetes and Oral Hull Camp for the Blind. We collect and recycle Xmas trees in winter for a donation.
Club members also like to make first aid kits for the homeless and be traffic guards on Halloween in Multnomah Village.
You are welcome to visit our club meetings and help with our activites. Please contact Bert Diamond at 503-730-7119.
Lions Clubs International is the world's largest service club organization with more than 1.4 million members in approximately 46,000 clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas around the world.
