Welcome to the North Beach Lions Club in Western Australia
North Beach is a northern coastal suburb of Perth and is located 16 kilometres from Perth’s central business district.
Surrounding suburbs include Trigg, Karrinyup, Waterman, Marmion and Carine.
Our Club is committed to Community Service and we are involved in the following Projects:
- Children of Courage
- Peace Poster competition
- Youth of the Year
- Selling of Lions Mints and Christmas cakes
- And numerous other projects.
We have contributed funds to the:
- Lions Save Sight Foundation
- Cancer research
- Lions Hearing Screening Bus
- Lions Skin Cancer screening bus
- Lions Children’s Mobility Foundation
- Bushfire and flood appeals
- Lions International Disaster Appeals
- And other donations to the local community.
Funds for our initiatives are raised through activities such as fundraising sausage sizzles, selling Lions mints and Lions Christmas cakes.
MEETINGS
Meetings are held on the second Wednesday (Business Meeting) and fourth Wednesday (Social Meeting) of each month.
Our business meetings are held at Rocky Bay Centre, 15 Chessell Drive, Duncraig commencing at 7.15 pm. Refreshments are provided.
