Mexia Lions Club supports Lions Club programs around the State and around the world, including the Texas Lions Camp, Lions Eyeglass Recycling Center, Texas Lions Eye Bank, Leaderdog program, Lions Effort Against Drugs, Texas Lions Foundation, Lions Club International Foundation and others.  In the Mexia community, the Lions provide eyeglasses for children, local scholarships, park projects and many other local causes.
