WELCOME TO THE LIONS CLUB OF MALENY BLACKALL RANGE

We are a group of ordinary people who have joined together with a common desire to make our communities better by using initiative, creativity, enthusiasm and energy.  We support community projects and we fundraise to provide assistance for community projects.  Using two hands we have provided service in our local community for over 39 years.  As members we enjoy serving others, fellowship, interacting together in social outings and volunteering activities, and developing new friendships.

We actively support the following in our local community:  Maleny RSL/ANZAC Day books tol ocal schools, all local School Chaplaincies, Maleny Education Support Fund, Maleny Aussie Day Expo, Maleny Show, Annual Welcome to Maleny Dinner, The Wood Expo, Muscle on the Mountain, Emergency Services, TS Centaur, Clean Up Australia, Maleny Neighbourhood Community Centre Hunger/Disadvantaged Programs, Diabetes Awareness, Vision Program, Environmental Projects, Assisting Community members in need, Maleny Arts and Craft Groups, our local hospital, Children with Disabilities, Youth Projects (Youth of the Year, Convince Us, Persuasive Public Speaking, Duke of Edinburgh Award, Chaplaincy Programs, Conondale Youth Breakfasts), Lions Christmas Cakes, Environment Programs, Joint Community Organisations Projects (eg Aussie Day Expo, Maleny Show, Settlers Green).
