Hooksett 2021 Citizen of the Year
The Hooksett Lions Club is now accepting nominations for the 2021 Hooksett Citizen of the Year. Nomination forms are available (Click here) and Facebook (Hooksett, NH Lions Club). Additionally, nomination forms will be available at the Hooksett Town Hall, Hooksett Library, or by emailing the Hooksett Lions Club at hooksettlionsclub@yahoo.com . Submit nominations to Wayne Gehris at 1465 Hooksett Road, #387, Hooksett, NH. The submission deadline for nominations is May 30, 2021.
Every year our club continues to help graduating high school students, by awarding two $500 scholarships those planning to attend higher education. Students can submit an application, using the guidelines provided here. These guidelines are also available at all high school Guidance Departments where Hooksett students attend.
Our 2021 Model Train School has been canceled for this year due to the uncertainties, of the current pandemic situation.
Look for the show to return once again in Spring 2022.
