The Glen Ellyn Lions serve our community in a number of different ways. We volunteer and give of our time, in addition to raising money for Sight and Sound initiatives. We also love hearing from our members to see what passions drive them and what causes they are passionate about. From our club base, we are able to find other initiatives that go beyond only sight and sound programs. Our philosophy is "Where there's a need, there's a Lion" and this helps guide us in which organizations we support both with volunteering and fundraising.
Each year, we participate in a number of events and projects, including:

- Hearing Screenings provided by the FREE Lions Hearing Bus - Throughout the year

- Board Meetings - Throughout the year
