Distict A4 spans a large geographical area that includes western Quebec and in Eastern Ontario from Chalk River to the St. Lawrence River.
We cannot continue doing the same things we have done for decades.
We are finding new and innovative ways to serve our Community. We are changing with the times and we listen to our amazing leaders as we move forward.

Our Team was very successful in bringing awareness and funds to
GREAT CYCLE CHALLENGE
Annual Sick Kids August Fundraiser:
Results are in and we exceeded in both the mileage and funds raised.
We set a fundraising goal of $3,000.00 and were able to go beyond that to a total of $3,212.00
Our mileage goal was 1,000 kms for the month of August and again our team excelled to 158% of our mileage goal, totalling 1,583 kms.
National Ranking: 170th
Category – Community: 23rd.

Susan Tunnicliffe - $1,801.32- 1,006.3 kms
The Great Cycle Challenge cyclists logged 2,314,198 kms and raised $7,071,553 to give “The Kids” with cancer the brighter future they reserve.
- Over the 9 years of GCC,Cyclists have ridden 24,440,055 km and raised $53,922,994 to fight kids' cancer!

A ROAR OUT TO OUR COMMUNITY
The Gananoque Lions Club sends a Huge thank you to our community that attended our main fundraising opportunities, donated towards our Lions Events and volunteered a helping hand throughout the year Our three main fundraising activities include The Gananoque Lions Club Cruise-in, The 1000 Island Family Ribfest and our Bingo evenings at The Community Spirit Centre.
We want you to know that 100% of the funds raised go to deserving groups, organizations and individuals. So far this fiscal year February 2024, we have donated over $42,000.00 to our Community and Beyond. We are so proud of the hard work that our Lions Members have done.
