Looking for Volenteers

The Elkford Lions Club is starting a community support service, “Neighbors helping Neighbors” a

program that helps seniors and individuals who require assistance, which have no support at
home, with simple non-medical, day-to-day tasks so that they can continue to live
independently in their own homes and remain connected to their communities.
The services we will be offering are:
 Grocery shopping and delivery
 Meals and delivery
 Prescription pickup and delivery
 Local Medical appointments
 Transportation to local Medical Bus for out-of-town appointments
 Phone and/or virtual friendly visits
 Yard Maintenance – To come soon
