The Lions Club of Chepstow and Caldicot was Chartered in 1971. The Board of Honour above details all those Lions who have held the position of President from that date until the present day.

Special observations:

• In its 50th year The Lions Club of Chepstow and Caldicot elected its first ever female President, Lion Denise Harrison.
• The sharp eyed among you may notice that there seems to be no name in 2010-2011. Well spotted! In fact, in that year, there was no elected President, and the role of President was rotated through a number of the existing members at that time.
• Only one Lion has ever been President three times. This was the late Lion Ray Nash who was non-consecutively President in 2020/21, 2015/16 and 2005/06. Lion Ray passed into higher service in May 2023.
• Lion Denise Harrison, has joined the ranks of consecutive three times Presidents and the first and only female Lion to be elected President.
• 2023/2024 was a terribly sad year with the terrible loss of Lion Ray Nash, Lion John Bennett, and former Lion John Robinson. Their service will forever be remembered, their friendship adored, and their memories never forgotten.
