Lions club of Butwal Tilottama was chartered in the International Association of Lions Clubs in 1998 January 21.

The mother chapter or the sponsor club is Lions Club of Butwal , one of the eldest lions clubs in the country (Multiple Dist. 325).

LC Tilottama has sponsored two lions clubs so far and they are:

i) Lions Club of Siddhababa

ii) Lions Club of Tilottama Mayadevi

Also the club has recently sponsored a leo club called Leo Club of Tilottama encouraging many youth in the field of social works in the community through lionism.
