screened over 13,500 students in Manatee County Schools
(Public, Charter & Private)
We are MORE than just Vision.
Vision, Hunger, Environment, Diabetes, Childhood Cancer, Disaster Relief, Youth, and other Humanitarian Projects
Additional Service Projects: Environmental Cleanup, Feeding the Hungry, Hearing Screenings, Collecting & Cleaning "reading glasses" for distribution ot the homeless, Assembling "Pocket First Aid Kits" for the Homeless, Knotting "No Sew" lap blankets for children with cancer and their siblings, providing underwear and shorts for School "Clinic Closets", and collaborating with the Lighthouse Vision Loss Education Center to provide a "Fishing Tournament" for blind and visually limited children and adults.
Fundraising: "Together We Can Fill the Can" events at Publix Stores
If you would like to belong to an International Service organization which has as its Mission: "To empower volunteers to serve their communities, meet humanitarian needs, encourage peace and promote international understanding"
