Community Service Scholarship

The mission of the Lions Clubs is to create and foster a spirit of understanding among all people for humanitarian needs by providing voluntary services through community involvement and international cooperation. From the betterment of local communities, to bringing sight to the world’s blind, members never waiver from the mission statement “We Serve”. There are more than 45,834 clubs in 205 countries dedicated to meeting the ever-increasing needs of our global community.  The Beverly Hills Lions Club embraces those committed to building a brighter future for their community. The members have raised $1,000 for a Community Service Scholarship Award. This award is to be given to a graduating High School Senior, that is a resident of the Village of Beverly Hills, who has demonstrated outstanding community service. The award is to be used to support their future education.
