Good People having a Good Time for a Good Cause
The Fairhaven Lions Club is an active service group serving Bellingham
and Whatcom County Washington and beyond.
Some of the activities and projects the Fairhaven Lions Club provides to the community includes:
- Collecting eyeglasses and hearing aids to distribute to those in need.
- Providing Santa & his Elves for 30 days @ Yeager's in Toyland
- Donating to local charities such as: The Bellingham Food Bank, Lighthouse Mission, Camp Korey, Camp Horizon kids' scholarships and admistration expenses, Unbridled Spirit-a riding program for the Developmentally Delayed, Maple Alley Inn, Lions' New Hope Veterans' Program, Knights of the Blind, Secret Harbor, Outof the Darkness [a walk for Suicide Prevention], to name just a few.
