Welcome to the Augusta Lions Club website. We were chartered 46 years ago in 1974. We are a service based organization who’s goal is to provide sight for all by sponsoring essential vision screenings in schools SightFirst Program and support to local community projects.  

Message from the President:

Hello Lions,

We have completed the first quarter on the Lions International year which has been busy for us. As we start the second quarter, we will have a broom sale at the Emmanuel Church of the Brethren for their Fall Festival in Mt. Solon. Lastly, the Ghost and Goblins will be out the end of October.

In November Lion Buford will have his team putting up our Christmas display at Gypsy Hill Park. I hope that everyone will have a very good Thanksgiving.

December brings us the Most Festive day of the year, Christmas. I hope that it will be a joyous season for all

Remember that we have six membership meetings this quarter. Please attend if you can.
