Syttende Mai is just around the corner, May 17-19, 2012. The Grand Parade starts at 12:30 on Saturday. The famous chicken will be served on Friday and Saturday until 10:00 P.M.. Trigger Happy ($2) and the White Sidewalls ($5) will perform under the tent Friday and Saturday. It will be an amazing time as it has the past 61 years.
Thursday night is FAMILY FUN NIGHT!!!!
Start with the hamburger stand for dinner and then get dessert with the Queens and a root beer float. Move down the street to Stipes Carnival Rides for the young and not so young. Become part of the 1st Annual Meat Raffle and try your luck at the wheel or game tables. Win your choice of 1/4 of beef, whole hog, or $400 cash, get your raffle tickets at the tent. Reduced drink prices at the tent. Everything starts at 4:00. See you there!!!!

Wednesday, May 16th
- 5th Annual Citizens State Bank, Woodville Branch Community Appreciation Dinner. Under the tent at the American Legion Parking Lot. Free food served from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. Everyone welcome!
Thursday (Family Night), May 17th
- Activities start at 4:00 p.m.
- Buy a button/raffle ticket and check the Information Center at Legion
- 4 pm - 9 pm Lion’s hamburger stand serving those “World Famous” burgers
- Stipes Shows Carnival – fun for the whole family
- Court & Candidate’s $2.00 Root beer Floats – meet real Royalty!
- MEAT RAFFLES - New this year in the relaxed area under tent with plenty of picnic tables for enjoying music with your “World Famous” burgers there will be on-going Meat raffles. Try your luck to win frozen Olson’s Woodville Meats to take home. GRAND PRIZE – your choice ¼ Beef or Whole Hog or $400 cash! Drawing at 10:00 p.m. - don’t have to be present to win, BUT you can only buy your raffle tickets Thursday night at the tent
