- Eye exams and glasses for needy children within the WISD. This has been a project since the club’s inception.
- Texas Lions Camp, in Kerrville, Texas, is a state-wide project. The club sends diabetic or physically challenged children to the camp at no cost for their family.
- A deserving high school Senior is awarded a scholarship for college.
- Hosted birthday parties for a local nursing home. Some members have also helped with bingo games.
- Have supported Northeast Texas Child Advocacy Center.
- Eyeglass recycling throughout the community with the help of school organizations.
- Participates in community special events, such as Autumn Trails and the Winnsboro Community Service Days.
