The Williamstown Lions Club meets at 6:30PM, on the 2nd. Tuesday of each month at Devones Family Tavern, located at 1920 South Black Horse Pike, Williamstown.

On October 13th., at our regular monthly meeting at DeVone's Family Resturant we will be pulling the winning ticket to our "Home Tailgate Raffle." The first and only prize will be a 55" Magnavox Flat Screen TV, a 30" stainless steel Gas BBQ, and a Rolling Cooler. Only 300 tickets are being sold at $10 each. If you are interested in purchasing a ticket please call Fran Mulherin at 609-472-6640. You do not have to be present to win. Proceeds go towards helping residents in the Monroe Township community.
On October 2nd, we held a Youth Dance for 3rd., 4th., & 5th. grades students at the Pfieffer Community Center. Our goal was to provide a fun, safe enviorment to allow the children to interact with fellow students outaide of the school setting. The dance was attended by 151 children and was a success.
On June 12th, we provided scholarships to 2 graduates for $350 each at the Williamstown High School Senior Recognition Night.
Our Lions Club successfully hosted a Coach Bag Bingo fundraiser at the Glassboro VFW, Saturday, March 7th. Over 100 participants enjoyed games of bingo vying for beautiful Coach handbags, as well as, door prizes, raffle and 50/50. We would like to thank everyone who attended. Also we would like to thank our very generous sponsors who without their contribution this event would not have been so successful. We hope the community will suppport them. They were First Colonial Community Bank, Newfield National Bank, MD Remodeling, LLC, Caterina Supply,Angelo's Diner,SJ Mechanical Contractor Association, Mary Brudget Enterprises, Inc., GiGi Provisioning, and Rebel Brown Law Group. Proceeds from this event will help our club in supporting project to benefit vision and hearing impaired residents in the community, and scholarship awards for a young woman and man graduating from Williamstown High School.
