Meetings

The Lions Foundation of Victoria (LFV) is a 501(c)(3) organization that serves the city of Victoria, and our neighbors in nearby communities. We also support Lions International focus areas such as hearing, vision, childhood cancer, diabetes, and other charitable organizations.

We have a joint membership with the Victoria Lions Club. Over one hundred Victoria Lions members are men and women who volunteer their time to humanitarian causes within their local community by conducting service projects and raising funds for a variety of charities as chosen by the Club. Lions are kind and generous people who want to help. That's why we work on projects to improve our communities.

The Lions Foundation of Victoria raises funds through charitable gambling, donations from individuals, businesses, and other organizations, and community activities presented by the Lion Club such as our annual dinners, softball and golf tournaments, Spring Fling to name a few.

The ability to donate to your organization shall reflect the values of the Victoria Lions Foundation and the Victoria Lions Club by being equal opportunity organizations that do not discriminate against any other group or organization for race, color, religion, sexual orientation, disability, age, military service, or affiliation with any other positive community-oriented group.

The Lions Foundation receives much of its revenue through the management of charitable gambling and as such its ability to donate gambling proceeds is governed by the Lawful Purpose Expenditures defined by the State of Minnesota.

If your organization is seeking donations that support the following the Victoria Lions Foundation will consider your request:
