VERMILION BAY LIONS CLUB

Amazing People Doing Amazing Things

The Vermilion Bay Lions Club celebrated its 50th Anniversary in 2009.

We have supported the Dryden Regional Health Centre, the Air Cadets, the Vermilion Bay Figure Skating Club, the Vermilion Bay Centennial Pavilion Project, as well as many other local charities.

We are the proud recipients of the District Governor's "Make a Difference Award" that was awarded during the 2012 annual winter convention in Grand Rapids, Minnesota for our contribution to the Vermilion Bay Centennial Pavilion Project.

The most recent recipient of a donation from the Vermilion Bay Lions Club was Grace Haven on May 23rd, 2012.

We are currently working, in conjunction with the Municipality of Machin and the Northwestern Health Unit, on the construction of the Vermilion Bay Community Garden.  It is hoped that the garden will be available for residents to begin planting this spring.
