Meetings

Monthly breakfasts are held in the Trinidad School cafeteria on the last Sunday of the month from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. Come join us for breakast! You choose between biscuits and gravy with eggs or pancakes with eggs and your choice of ham or sausage. Orange juice, milk, and hot drinks are also available. There are also used books for sale at $0.25 for paperbacks and $0.50 for hard cover.

Each month, on the first monday of the month, we have a business meeting in the townhall that starts at 7:00 PM and goes until everyone's done talking.

We also do something called the Brown Bag where we deliver food to some families on the third Tuesday of each month. Each delivery includes various non-parishables; a frozen portion of meat, chicken, or fish; a loaf of bread; and a good sized bag of fresh veggies.

On the third Wednesday of each month we host the Food Pantry for Trinidad, and on the third Thursday of each month we host it for Orick as well. Here people come to pick up a bag of non-parishable foods, a loaf of some kind of interesting bread, fresh fruits or vegetables, and their choice of various other items that have been donated to us for us to give them out.

Near the end of each month, on the fourth Wednesday to be exact, we have a potluck! Everyone brings a dish to share with everyone else and we all sit down and enjoy each others company while we try new and delicious foods. Sometimes we have speakers come and dine with us before they give their presentations, which is always interesting.

Annual Easter Egg Hunt, the day before Easter Sunday, in the field behind Murphy's Market at noon. Divisions by age. Lots of colorful plastic eggs filled with candy, vouchers for prizes, and even some money.

Annual Halloween party, on October 31 of course, at the Trinidad Town Hall from dusk till ???. Enjoy hot popcorn and cider, homemade cookies, candy, fun and spooky decorations, and fun music!

Each year we are also tasked with putting up the Christmas lights on the Memorial Lighthouse. It's such a joy to be able to see those lights shining every year.
