The Townsend Lions -- 28 years of Serving our Community 

Chartered on February 24 1984, the Townsend Lions marked 28 years of Service in Haldimand & Norfolk Counties. With the help of Lion Bill Everst from Dunnville and sponseship by the Jarvis Lion's Club with Lion Nick Montague as our Guiding Lion, the Townsend Lions have been serving the community ever since.

Recently Lion Bill Everst passed away at 98 years of age. We are saddened to lose such a good friend and leader in Lions, our deepest sympathies go out to Lion Bill Everst and his family. Lion Bill will be missed but never forgotten.

Throughout the years the Townsend Lions have helped and continue to help many causes locally and beyond.
