at noon on Fridays at Sirloin Stockade.

Whether it's performing KidSight vision screening for local youth or cooking supper for disabled children at Texas Lions Camp in Kerrville, members enjoy making a difference in the lives of others.

Public Services Available to the Taylor Area:
  • Lions KidSight / Free SPOT Vision Screening provided for children from 6-months to 7-years at schools, Head Start, daycares and public events
  • Eye Glasses and Exams provided (primarily to yourth) at free or reduced rate based upon need
  • Used eye glasses collected at various locations around Taylor for reconditioning & reuse around the world
  • Free tuition to Texas Lions Camp in Kerrville for qualified children with diabetes or other physical disabilities
  • Leader Dogs for the Blind and other assistance available to visually impaired citizens in the local area
  • Local financial support for Shepherd’s Heart, Habitat for Humanities, Red Santa, and other local charitable organizations
  • Taylor Midnight Basketball supporter & co-sponsor each summer in Robinson Park, providing food and refreshments
  • College & Trade scholarships for Taylor ISD students
  • Lions Club International support through State, National & International disaster relief efforts through the Lions Club International Foundation (LCIF).
  • Subsidized pet adoptions the last weekend in April
