Sutter Creek Boy Scout Troop 63  Every year the Scouts setup, serve, and cleanup at our annual, sold out, Stan Kelley Memorial Crab Feed.  With over 350 tickets sold, the Scouts work hard and we are happy to donate $750 to Troop 63.  After the meal, they pass the tip jar and receive additional monies for a job well done.

Our club is also proud to donate to their Eagle Scout Projects.  Each Scout working on a project will give a presentation to our members at one of our regular meetings.

Lions Eye Foundation of California-Nevada, Inc. - As a member of the Lions Eye Foundation of California-Nevada, Inc. we have the right to refer patients.  This is a multi-step procedure requiring information from the patient and the patients' physician.  The most prevalent surgery was for cataracts, there were 16 surgeries for retina, cornea or strabismus problems that would have cost $25,000 - $35,000 each, the youngest patient was 9 years old; the oldest was 72 years old, and there were also 40 Laser Procedures with an estimated value of $60,000.  If you know of someone who would be a candidate for this program, contact Sutter Creek Lions at P.O. Box 71, Sutter Creek, CA 95685 or email info@suttercreeklions.org.
