Dining in the Dark at the Lions Beach House
March 07, 2015
6pm
$60 per person
St Pete Lions Club Beach House, Treasure Island, FL
The St. Petersburg Lions Club Presents: Dining in the Dark The concept of purposefully eating in complete pitch-black darkness originated with Jorge Spielmann, a blind clergyman from Zurich. When guests ate dinner at the Spielmann house, some would wear blindfolds during their meal to show solidarity with their host and to better understand his world. Please join the St. Petersburg Lions Club in solidarity as we show our support for those who are blind and raise money for the St. Petersburg Lions Foundation.
