Stour Valley Lions Prize winner’s at Shipston High School Awards Evening

Following on with the tradition of supporting the youth of the area, members of Stour Valley Lions attended the impressive Awards Evening at Shipston High School, an excellent evening celebrating the success of the students in 2011.

The Lions donated seven prizes; the Sidney Payne Memorial Shield for science was awarded to Timothy Murphy, Alex Hunt and Jodie Begley.  The prestigious Head teacher’s Award for Senior Prefects was awarded to MacKenzie Smith, Connor Clemons, Christine Haine and Mark Treadwell.

Stour Valley Lions have supported the awards evening for several years and look forward to maintaining their close ties to Shipston High School and the other schools in the area.
