The St. Helens Lions Club awarded a $1000.00 college scholarship/grant to Warren resident, Kiara Single. Kiara is currently finishing her senior year at Concordia University studing elementary education. She leads two 4-H groups and enjoys helping the members prepare for the County and State Fair. In 2016, she was our Columbia County Dairy Princess Ambassador, and last year was crowned Oregon's Dairy Princess. In her free time, Kiara enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, baking, and being outside.

The St. Helens Lions Club college scholarship is open to St. Helens and LaPine Oregon students who are enrolled in a four year degree program, and have successfully completed at least one year of college. If you would like a copy of the scholarship application, please send us an email to:
