Yes, it’s time to start planning for your parade entry to celebrate Independence Day! Check the registration form with the rules for all the information needed, then register for your entry now. 10 judging divisions from families to corporations.

To submit your registration, click on the form link below to open the fillable PDF registration form which includes the parade rules. Once completed, save and send by email or print and mail, along with fee payment option as shown on the form.

You are not registered until we have received both your entry application and corresponding entry fee, AND you have received our return registration confirmation email.

Parade Information, Site & Traffic Plan

The Independence Day themed Stayton Grand Parade has been a 4th of July Celebration tradition for decades. Entry registration is in advance. *Note New Start Time beginning 2024* The parade will start at 12pm at the corner of Regis Street and First Avenue. Staging begins at 10am with entrants receiving their specific staging location and all parade instructions in advance. There will be a check-in booth and porta-potty in front of Regis High School and an announcer’s booth on First Avenue.

The parade starting point is at the corner of Regis Street and First Avenue. The procession proceeds east on Regis Street to First Avenue; south on First Avenue to Washington Street; west on Washington Street to Gardner Avenue; north on Gardner Avenue to Regis Street. The parade disbands as it reaches the end point at the intersection of Gardner Avenue and Regis Street. It is 1.45 mile start to finish points, 1.93 miles including entire staging street.
