The Snohomish Lions Club Scholarships are administered by the Snohomish Education Foundation in cooperation with the college counselers at Snohomish High School, Glacier Peak High School, and AIM High School in the Snohomish School District.

Our Club forms a Scholarship Committee annually to consider applicantions recieved through https://www.thewashboard.org. The committee recommends one student from each high school for a $1,000 award by applying the following criteria:

• Available for costs associated with vocational programs, technical certificates, professional licenses or 2-year community colleges
• Applicants must demonstrate financial need
• Prefer minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA
• Applicants must provide an essay of 50 words or less answering the question “How will this scholarship help me achieve my career goals?”
