Lions Club of Secunderabad Celebrities was inaugurated on 29-06-2003 at Lions Bhavan, Secunderabad. The then District Governor Lion Er. Chander Pokala while speaking informed that this is the 25th Club the District is Inaugurating. Later, he went to attend 86th International Convention at Denver, Colorado, USA. 

Lion Sardar Inderjeet Singh got installed as Charter President along with his Team of Office Bearers on the same day. On 14th October, 2003 Charter was Presented to the Club by Lion S. Manohar Raju and club continues to celebrate its Charter Nite on 14th October.

The club in the lionistic year 2006-07 has been declared as Model Club, as 12 of its members have come forward to become MJFs. It is understood that this is the only club in the entire Multiple to clear total payment towards Model Club within 4 months of its committment. (Announced in February 2007 and payment made June 2007).

The services that we render year after year are like Health Camps, Dental Camps, Eye Camps, Training Adolescents through a program 'Lions Quest' etc., Our club is also associated with two Signature Projects like "Ek Muthi Anaaj" (helping / donating Rice etc., to Specially Challenged Institutes, Senior Citizens etc.,) and "Abhilasha" (Donating Writing Books, Stationery, Bag and Shoes to Govt. Schools students).
