The Quirino Mamparang Lions Club is a part of Lions Club International, a network of volunteers who work together to answer the needs that challenge communities around the world.  It was approved by the Lions Club International as a new charter club in District 301-C Northern Luzon, Philippines on March 31, 2014. The club was organized “TO SERVE” and put into action the Mission Statement of Lions Club International, which is "To create and foster a spirit of understanding among all people for humanitarian needs by providing volunteer services through community involvement and international cooperation".

 

Lions Clubs International is the world's largest service club organization with more than 1.4 million members in approximately 46,000 clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas around the world.
