Holiday Flag hanging fundraiser. Businesses and individuals in the community sponsor this fundraiser by donating $20 per year. In return the Lion's will hang an American Flag in front of their home or business prior to each major holiday.

AUGUST

Pend Oreille Valley Relay for Life.

SEPTEMBER

Health Van visits three times a year. Once in April (Newport schools), once in May (Priest River schools), and once in September (Newport schools). The Health Van spends time at each of the schools in the area. Once the children have been seen, others in the community are invited to take part. Vision, hearing, blood sugar levels and more are checked.

OCTOBER

Shopping Spree raffle fundraiser. Tickets are sold from mid October through November. Lucky winner drawn before Thanksgiving.

Highway cleanup done twice a year. Lion's clean up trash from the highway in their sponsored area.

NOVEMBER

Turkey raffle fundraiser. Tickets sold until just before Thanksgiving when the lucky winner is drawn.

Peace Poster Contest with local schools.

DECEMBER

Christmas on Main Street. Held the first Monday of December. Lot's of family fun, giveaways, prizes and more! Visits and photos with Santa.

Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by the Lion's. Kids of all ages come to hunt eggs! Great prizes even cash give aways.

Father's Day raffle fundraiser, Tickets are sold to win lot's of great "guy" stuff. The lucky winner is drawn just before Father's Day.

Fireworks sales fundraiser. Fireworks are sold from mid June right up to the 4th of July.

Annual Lion's Golf Tournament, fundraiser. Held each year at the Ranch Club. Great prizes and give aways.
