EACH YEAR THE CLUB HONORS BIG SPRING HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS WHO HAVE ACHIEVED ACADEMIC AND SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND LIVE IN THE PLAINFIELD AREA.  HERE ARE THE 2018 - 2019 STUDENTS THE CLUB HAS HONORED:

 

JANUARY

ERINNE FRAMPTON

Erinne is active with the Tempus Club, Rho Kappa and just completed her senior season as a member of the high school soccer team.  She is currently participating in a dual-enrollment with Penn State University and Harrisburg Area Community College.  Erinne is a member of the youth group at the Carlisle Church of Christ, loves archery, and enjoys camping, hiking and kayaking.  After graduation, Erinne plans to continue her education at Faulkner University, which is located in Montgomery, Alabama, with the goal of becoming a restoration ecologist.  She also plans "Thru-hike" the Appalachian Trail.  Erinne is the daughter of Matthew and Tricia Frampton, and is the sister of Morganne Frampton and Rheanna Turner.

DECEMBER

BENTLI BURKE

Bentli is active with Club ADURO, the Spanish Club, the Dawg Pound, Quill and Scroll, Club CARES, and is a member of the Mini-Thon Committee.  She is a member of the National Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta (Math National Honor Society).  Bentli is a member of the youth group at CEFC and enjoys playing volleyball at the Carlisle Recreation Center.  Bentli hopes to continue her education at either Liberty University or Grove City College.  Bentli is the daughter of Tom and Sheri Burke, and is the sister of Samantha and Emily Burke.

NOVEMBER

KAYLA BEAR

Kayla is a member of the National Honor Society and Club CARES.   She is currently doing an internship for second-graders at Oak Flat Elementary.  Her goal is to attend Slippery Rock University.  She would like to major in Elementary Education, but geared toward Special Education.  Kayla is the daughter of Durrell and Julie Bear.
