Two Lions with a vision, PDG Dalton Paul and Lion John Minor who set the stage for chartering a new Lions Club in the Penn National community.



PIP Clement Kusiac provides the keynote speech and challenges the 109 new Penn National Lions to find creative ways "To Be a Beacon of Light" while serving the many communities in and around Penn National.



District 14-T District Governor, Joann Williams and two time PDG Dalton Paul present the new Charter Document to Penn National Lions Club President Dick Naugle.



Newly installed President of the Penn Nationsl Lions Club, Lion Dick Naugle,"ROARS" in approval about receiving the Charter document which will be signed by all the Charter Members.



Along with the other 108 Charter Members Penn National Lions signs the official Charter Document at the conclusion of the Charter Night event. The Charter Document will then be sealed and saved for posterity.



The Hon. State Repersentative Todd Rock and Penn National Lions Club Charter Member reads citations from the State House and Senate and a congratulatory letter from Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell. PCC Lion Terry Musselman looks on.



Franklin County Commissioner and Penn National Charter Member Bob Thomas reads a Proclamation from the Office of County Commissioners.



The Hon. Judge, Shawn D. Meyers of the 39th Judicial District presents a Special Proclamation from the Greene Township Lions Club after discussing his father's lifetime relationship with the Lions International organization.



Penn National Lions Club "Tail Twister" and Charter Member Lion Maurice Mills holds up his Lion Bank wherein any future member fines will be deposited.



Lion President Dick Naugle unfurls the Penn National banner. A gift from the Waynesboro Lions Club.
