Ocean Isle Sunset Beach Lions met on January 8,2013 at
Tamer's in Ocean Ridge Golf Course.  We were privileged
to have Carolyn Robinson who is the School Nurse for
Shallotte Middle School and Waccamaw Middle School as our
speaker.  Nurse Carolyn gave a very informative talk on
Juvenile Diabetes and how their care is accommodated at
school.  She expressed appreciation for funds previously
received from Ocean Isle Sunset Beach Lions Club and 
was presented a check for Juvenile Diabetic children by 
Lion President John Horton. (pictured with Carolyn Robinson).   
These funds came from a grant given to the club from
Atlantic Telephone Membership Corporation (ATMC) to serve
Juvenile Diabetics in Brunswick County.
