NORTON LIONS CLUB

We are getting ready for our 64th year of Christmas Basket assembly and delivery scheduled for December 16th.  Norton County residents are very generous in helping to bring food, toys, clothing and even shoes to those in need.  The Chamber of Commerce has started an Angel Tree Program that matches children to donors anonymously.  Tags are located on trees in all banks, and the medical clinic in Norton and donations are delivered with the Lions Club Christmas Baskets.

Toy donations can be left at Dollar General and Nex-Tech.  Food donations (and toys) can be left at Jamboree Foods.  Donation boxes are located at businesses throughout Norton and can be sent to the Norton Lions Club, PO Box 235, Norton, KS. 67654.  Any type of donation can also be picked up by calling the project Chairperson, Tom Baumann at 871-1971.

Thank you to all the local businesses that get involved in this project, to all the wonderful citizens who make it possible to Darla and the Chamber for all their hard work and to the Legion Riders and all who help deliver to every corner of the county!
