The Haiti Children Project

Several of our members have gone on trips with local church groups to Haiti to support missions on the island. Our members were moved very deeply by the poverty that the children of the island live in, and that many families cannot afford to send their children to school for an education. Our members found out that for only $240 a year we could sponsor a child that would pay for their tuition, lunch at school (which in many cases is the only meal they will receive), and a uniform. This will be a multi-year project so that we can continue to support through each grade of their education.
