Following WWII, Lions Clubs International recognized members who served their country during the conflict. Nine members of the Nashua Lions fought in the war and had their names memorialized on a plaque from LCI. At a recent meeting, the club voted to make a re-dedication of the plaque a Legacy project as part of the final months of LCI's Centennial celebration and as a kick-off to the club's 95th Anniversary being observed this year. PID Ed Lecius, name chair of the 95th Committee is shown here with the bronze plaque. The club will work with city and local veterans to arrange the re-dedication, hopefully on Memorial Day.
