The Lowell Lions Club made a $2000 donation to the Merrimack Valley Food Bank, Inc.

The donation was made at our regular club meeting held at the Olympia Restaurant In Lowell, on February 7th.

At The December 6th Meeting, our club Installed two new members.

New members inducted

Pictured left to right is President Marcel (Who sponsored both new members). New member Jose Cruz who Is married and living in Salem, NH, and who works locally for the LowellBank, as a Business Deevelopment Officer. Pcc Len Tarmey who was the installing officer filling in for Gov. Jeannine Gentleman who had a scheduling conflict, and new member Deb Lussier. Deb is aslso married with kids, lives In Dracut with Husband Gerry.

The membership committee also reports that plans to install two more new members in January of 2012 as our plan to recruit new members and expand our membership.
