District Convention

Our District convention is scheduled for _________________ and it's time to start thinking about delegates and registration for this annual event.

The convention committee has decided that all information to our district clubs will be provided via the district web site in lieu of a mass mailing. There are a few clubs that don't have e mail and will be provided with a hard copy of all the information via the USPS.

On the web site you will find:
"The Call to Convention" letter
Convention Registration
Delegate Registration
Deceased Lions
Hotel information
Maps to both sites, FUMC Round Rock and Seton Medical Center Williamson
Link to the hotel for those that will require an overnight stay

The forms can be filled out on-line, printed, and then mailed to the District treasurer. Deadline for early registration is ____________
