RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Membership entitles you to one individual discount or no-charge with the purchase of one other meal/item of equal or greater value. The higher priced meal is paid for — the lower priced item is discounted. This coupon cannot be honored in conjunction with any other discount, promotion or special offer.
2. Beverages and desserts ( unless included in the meal ) tips and taxes are NOT included in the no cost meal. Only basic meal is free. Extras ordered must be paid for.
3. It is customary for a tip of 15% on the total bill — including the cost of the free meal.
4. Meals for children under twelve years of age shall not be included in the discounted meal unless the child is the only guest of the dining card member.
5. This dining card is not valid on the following days: Christmas, New Years Eve, Easter, Thanksgiving, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Valentines Day, Dining card good only on days specified by individual dining places. Some dining places have restricted menus or restricted items on regular menus.
6. Dining card must be presented to the waiter or waitress when placing the order. This is solely to assist employee in making out your free meal adjusted bill.
7. If a diner orders from an a la carte menu, that meal will be at no extra cost if it is the least expensive of the meals. Food on the a la carte menus ordered as extra items are at extra cost.
8. The Knox Lions Club is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. They can be replaced only for the full $25.00 fee and then only if they are available.
9. Each Dining card member may use the card two times in each of the participating restaurants, hotels, or resorts during the time of February 01, 2011 through January 31, 2012. The card may be used only once per visit.
10. The Knox Lions Club cannot be responsible to the dining card member in the event of default of their agreement by a restaurant, hotel or resort.
